Because this man gave his life to Singapore, we could enjoy what we have today, and we could have this place which we call our home. He might not have done all things right, but he has done what he deemed as the best at that point. Let us never take the stability and prosperity for granted, and let us always remember this man who gave his all for Singapore. For there can never be another Lee Kuan Yew.
他一生的奉献造就了一个繁荣、安稳的新加坡。所谓“有国才有家”，他建立了国，让我们能够建立我们的家。感谢李光耀先生的贡献，让我能在这里建立我的家，让我能够身为新加坡人而感到自豪。愿您安息。
